CNC Supervisor (1st Shift)

Job Overview Experience: Senior Level Salary: $34 - $45 per hour Schedule: First shift with occasional Saturdays Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish required 7+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a machine shop setting Strong hands‑on experience with CNC mills and lathes, including setup and troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications Proficiency in CNC program adjustments and machine‑level edits Experience training or mentoring machinists in production environments Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and fabrication methods Job Duties Oversee daily machining operations within the machine shop, including CNC milling and turning work Perform and support complex CNC setups and program adjustments directly at the machine Monitor production flow to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations Train, coach, and supervise machinists to improve performance, consistency, and safety practices Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and support smooth workflow Inspect parts and verify conformance to engineering drawings and specifications Track tooling conditions, machine performance, and material usage to reduce downtime and waste Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, safety, and product quality About Us We are a food manufacturing company specializing in the design and production of industrial equipment.
