Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0830-1630
Split assignment between 2 facilities in Ottawa, IL, approximately 15 minutes apart
Work setting includes a high skilled caseload with quick turnaround and a high rate of return-to-home patients, plus a long-term care population with some skilled residents
