Regional ManagerWe are excited to announce an opportunity for current managers to apply for the position of Regional Manager. This role will provide operational leadership and support across multiple locations, Brandywine Coatesville and Collegeville, partnering closely with providers, practice leaders, and senior leadership to drive consistency, efficiency, growth, and an exceptional patient experience throughout the region.The Regional Manager will play a key role in supporting practice operations, leading new site implementations, developing team members, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned offices.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Regional Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide operational leadership, guidance, and support for assigned practice locations.Lead the implementation, setup, and optimization of new practice sites utilizing ModMed.Support staffing initiatives by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce planning to ensure appropriate coverage across all locations.Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused culture while supporting employee engagement and retention efforts.Partner closely with providers, managers, and leadership teams to enhance workflows, improve patient experience, and drive operational efficiency.Ensure consistency in company policies, procedures, standards, and best practices across all assigned offices.Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, increased productivity, and service excellence.Support organizational growth initiatives and contribute to the successful expansion and development of the region.Serve as a resource and mentor for practice leadership teams, providing coaching and guidance to support their professional development.Travel between assigned locations as needed to provide on-site support, leadership, and operational oversight.Travel RequirementsThis position requires a consistent weekly presence at both locations:Collegeville OfficeCoatesville OfficeThe Regional Manager is expected to maintain visibility and engagement at both sites weekly, ensuring operational consistency, staff support, and alignment with organizational goals.QualificationsCurrent Practice Manager in good standing with the organization.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong track record of operational success.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across several locations.Experience with staff development, coaching, and performance management.Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.Experience with ModMed and multi-site healthcare operations is preferred.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who is passionate about developing teams, improving operations, and driving organizational success.
