We operate 11 vibrant retail locations across Utah and Idaho, along with a thriving e-commerce business.We are excited to continue growing and are opening a new Downeast retail location in Boise. 

Job Description
Downeast is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team as the Sales Lead at our new Boise, ID location.  This position reports to the Sales Manager.  Our ideal candidate must be friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a customer service-oriented environment.  Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be extremely reliable.

Essential Functions

• Customer Service
• Cash handling, cash drawer
• Responsible for opening or closing the store
• Hanging clothing
• Straightening racks
• Placing new items in store
• Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
• Driving sales

Working Conditions

• Must be able to stand entire shirt
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
