Chief Operating Officer

Leading the operational transformation of the organization, the full-time hybrid Chief Operating Officer will manage the design and deployment of the business operating system, oversee enterprise operations, and partner closely with the CEO and C-suite executives to drive strategic initiatives across various functions. Key Responsibilities Own the operational model and frameworks that ensure coherence across business units and geographies Design and implement an AI-enabled business operating system that scales and adapts over time Support the CTO in rebuilding the engineering and delivery capabilities while driving performance management through metrics and KPIs Required Qualifications Extensive experience in a C-suite or equivalent executive role within an engineering-led company Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational transformations and managing multiple functions simultaneously Strong background in governance frameworks, OKR design, and cross-functional program delivery Demonstrated experience with AI and agentic systems, including hands-on experimentation Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience
