Build emotional connections with guests by creating a welcoming and positive experience. Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Embody the vision and values of the restaurant, encouraging others to do the same. Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. Uphold Chick-fil-A’s rules, dress code, and standards of excellence. Be adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Qualifications We’re Looking For: Consistency and reliability. A cheerful and positive attitude. A passion for serving and helping others. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and multitasking ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Flexibility to work varied schedules. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
