Mancuso Harley Davidson Crossroads in Houston, Texas is looking to hire a General Manager!  The qualified candidate will be able to drive profitability, customer and teammate retention, grow the business, and have a passion for the powersports space.  

We are looking for someone who will:

• Oversee all dealership operational activities to ensure that they are performed efficiently
• Steer  and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned  units
• Guide and develop your sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
• Use your management skills to forecast and create sales, service, and parts objectives and goals
• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
• Develop your sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
• Communicate openly and consistently with your team and assess their needs
• Model superior customer service behavior and provide a world-class customer experience

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within  a motor vehicle or powersports dealership as General Manager or General Sales Manager
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with sales of powersports
• Proven  track record  of success managing teams
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Knowledge and desire to develop a sales and service team
• Exceptional face to face communication skills, focused on a high standard of customer service
• Organized with superior time management skills and attention to detail
