RN Clinical Nurse CoordinatorWashU Medicine Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join its Maternal-Fetal Medicine team. The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting patients with high-risk pregnancies within a fast-paced Maternal-Fetal Medicine outpatient practice. Working collaboratively alongside a team of six nurses and a panel of over 14 providers, the coordinator provides comprehensive clinical care, care coordination, and administrative support across multiple practice locations for a specialized patient population requiring advanced maternal care.Schedule: Monday–Friday | Regular Clinic Hours • No Nights• No Weekends• No Holidays Setting: Primary focus on outpatient clinic care, with occasional work-from-home opportunities as operational needs allow. Location: Outpatient clinic locations including Center for Outpatient Health, Missouri Baptist, Progress West, and Shiloh, Illinois. A typical day includes conducting nurse-led Non-Stress Test (NST) monitoring in a high-volume setting, performing specialized clinical blood draws, managing complex high-risk pregnancy care plans, and facilitating care coordination with referring providers. Management reserves the right to revise or amend duties at any time.Required Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program with two years of nursing experience.Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location, in accordance with the Compact Act.Basic Life Support Certification or obtains certification within one month of employment.
