Marketing Ops Architect - Scalable Tech & Data

Baseten seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to own and harden the systems layer of Baseten's Marketing engine. Marketing is scaling fast, with more spend, campaigns, and model launches. The role requires treatment of ESPs, CRMs, forms, tracking, and routing as production infrastructure that cannot go down. You’ll build for the future and rethink the stack with agents, to empower the team to hit ambitious goals.
