Humana seeks a Medicare Call Center Representative (Inbound Contacts Representative 2) to address incoming member inquiries by phone, digital channels, or written communications. The role centers on high-volume, semi-routine tasks with a focus on resolving member issues and delivering a quality call experience. Training starts Day 1 with 12 weeks of virtual sessions, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday. After training, the schedule runs 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with possible weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr Humana
