This position will be working with different teams in the IT organization and with business process owners. Some projects will involve implementing existing tools to improve business processes, while other times there will be a need for evaluating and recommending new solutions to solve business needs. You will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted adviser in technology, solutions development and process improvement execution. You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. You will also be working closely with project management to regularly report progress and status. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge in collaboration systems, excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and an ability to drive multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse existing content data flows and design and implement improvements utilizing available content management tools such as Google Workspace, AODocs and Doc Dashboard (internally developed tool). Become a subject matter expert for Sanmina collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, AODocs, and Doc Dashboard. Help on preparing training and adoption material on the effective use of our collaboration tools. Partner with Technology teams as required in supporting the launch of processes designed to enhance our vision of a Digital Workplace. Design and develop new business processes utilizing collaboration tools available such workflows, forms, reports, and applications on the AODocs and Google workspace platforms. Assist in the testing and implementation of new product features within the AODocs and Google Workspace platforms. Define and build standard document classes, library templates, custom metadata fields, and relations within AODocs to align with enterprise information governance standards. Serve as the primary system administrator for the AODocs domain, managing library permissions, document access controls, role-based security, and platform-level configurations. Act as the escalation point for complex AODocs issues, troubleshooting library configuration errors, workflow stalls, or sync issues, while managing technical support requests with AODocs vendor support. Create technical documentation, user guides, and best-practice training materials to accelerate organization-wide adoption of AODocs. Continuously evaluate new feature releases from both AODocs and Google WorkspaceEnterprise Plus, conducting impact assessments and implementing valuable updates to enhance business productivity. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in related field of study 5+ year of experience in a business analyst role Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new or improved processes Strong attention to detail Strong process oriented skills Strong interpersonal skills required Ability to work on strict deadlines Ability to work independently, and as part of a team as needed Excellent oral and written communication skills required Knowledge of Project Management methodologies Experience with systems administration (Windows, ChromeOS or linux) a plus
