AI Product Manager

AI-Forward Product Manager (Remote) Are you the type of Product Manager who uses AI every day to move faster, make better decisions, and build smarter products? We're seeking an AI-Forward Product Manager to help transform a critical Services Workspace platform used to deliver customer solutions at scale. This role has a clear mission: reduce customer delivery timelines by 50% through AI, automation, and intelligent workflow design. This is not a traditional roadmap-and-requirements PM role. We're looking for someone who actively leverages AI in their own work while driving AI-powered capabilities from concept through production. What You'll Do Lead strategy and execution for AI-enabled products and workflows. Identify delivery bottlenecks and redesign processes using automation and intelligent systems. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. Define AI requirements, guardrails, governance standards, and success metrics. Build feedback loops that allow products to continuously learn and improve. Drive initiatives that reduce effort, increase quality, and accelerate customer time-to-value. Influence executive stakeholders and translate ambitious goals into actionable roadmaps. What We're Looking For AI-Native Product Leadership Regularly uses AI tools for research, requirements, user stories, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making. Can demonstrate measurable productivity or business impact from AI adoption. AI Product Delivery Experience Experience bringing AI-powered capabilities to production, including LLMs, copilots, agents, intelligent automation, or similar technologies. Comfortable working across product, engineering, and business teams to drive adoption. Strong Product Judgment Understands where AI creates value and where it introduces risk. Able to balance innovation, governance, quality, and customer experience. Systems Thinking Experience designing feedback loops, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms. Familiarity with AI quality metrics, model performance measurement, and operational governance. Transformation Experience Experience supporting implementation, professional services, onboarding, or customer delivery functions. Ability to map complex workflows and identify opportunities for automation and scale. Outcome Orientation Measures success through business results, including cycle time reduction, operational efficiency, customer adoption, and time-to-value improvements. Executive Presence Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
