Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator - Digital Marketing Agency Position Overview We are looking for a true agency operator. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and running the operational engine of a high-growth digital marketing agency. The COO will own execution, accountability, operational infrastructure, delivery systems, client experience, organizational structure, and scalable growth across the business. Location Requirement This is an in-office leadership role based in Nashville, TN. Direct digital marketing agency operational leadership experience Experience scaling and operating an agency environment Experience managing agency delivery teams Experience with: Paid media operations SEO operations Creative workflows Client services Account management Retainer-based business models Revenue forecasting Agency staffing and utilization models Margin management Operational systems and workflows Candidates without agency operating experience will not be considered regardless of general executive background.
