Assistant Store Manager

Summary: As an Assistant Manager at Auntie Annes Cinnabon, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will play a key role in training employees, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth shift transitions while helping to drive store performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Support: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members. Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance performance and teamwork. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment. Operations & Store Management: Help oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and reducing waste. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization. Customer Service Excellence: Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Uphold brand image by ensuring consistent product quality and service. Assist in implementing promotional and marketing initiatives to drive sales. Financial & Administrative Duties: Support the Store Manager in tracking sales, labor costs, and store performance. Assist with cash handling, register reconciliation, and financial reporting. Help maintain accurate records of inventory, employee schedules, and operational logs. Qualifications: Previous experience in food service, retail, or a leadership role preferred. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler a plus Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in basic financial and inventory management tools.
