Your Responsibilities
- Set up and retool head spraying systems and extruders.
- Commission plants and ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor product quality and maintain high standards.
- Eliminate malfunctions and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Perform in-process controls to ensure production efficiency.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in injection molding.
- Willingness to work shift schedules.
- Strong sense of quality awareness and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
