3rd Shift Maintenance Technician (12-Hour Swing Shift) Pries Enterprises – Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving Pries Enterprises is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on a 3rd shift 12-hour swing schedule . This role is critical in keeping our aluminum extrusion operations running safely and efficiently. Schedule 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM 12-hour swing schedule 2-2-3, 3 day weekend every other week Overtime as needed based on production demands Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience 28-36an hour Overtime opportunities PPE reimbursement program Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Paid time off & holiday pay Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately Maintain a safe and clean work environment Collaborate with production teams to support operations Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in an industrial environment Met Guarded Steel-toe boots required (PPE reimbursement available yearly) Why Pries?
