About the Opportunity The Gomez Agency is hiring a licensed producer in Orlando, FL. This position comes with access to Brightway's national carrier network and agency support, plus commission with no cap on earnings. What You'll Do Day to Day Sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients Build and manage your own sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other business development activities Identify the right coverage for each customer through consultative selling Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets What You'll Need Active P&C insurance license required 1–3 years of insurance sales experience required Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach Self-directed and comfortable managing your own workload in a hybrid setup Why Join Brightway ?
