A dependable delivery network and consistent dry van freight help CDL-A drivers maintain steady miles while enjoying predictable home time. Jamie Tharpe Trucking is hiring CDL-A drivers in Charlotte, NC who want reliable freight, consistent schedules, and dependable weekly earnings.
Compensation
We know you work hard and believe you should be rewarded for it. That's why we offer competitive weekly pay of $1,425 to $1,625, deposited directly into your account every week.
Equipment
With Jamie Tharpe Trucking, you will enjoy late-model trucks equipped with driver-focused amenities, including TVs, SiriusXM, DIRECTV, and a microwave mount to make life on the road more comfortable.
Home Time
We understand the importance of balancing work and personal time. Our Northeast regional runs are designed to get you home every other weekend for two full days to relax and recharge.
You'll haul 100% no-touch freight, allowing you to focus on driving while reducing physical demands on the job. Need additional flexibility? We offer scheduling options designed to support different lifestyles.

Qualifications
A valid CDL-A, at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, a clean driving record, a commitment to safety, and a professional attitude.
Orientation
We'll fly you to orientation, provide a private hotel room, cover your meals, and pay you while you complete orientation.
