Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive automation solutions to streamline operational processes
- Develop advanced monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability and enable early fault detection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with operational objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to continually enhance stability and performance of test processes
- Lead the architecture and design of new and existing systems with focus on design patterns, reliability, and scaling
- Contribute to code quality initiatives and establish best practices across development teams
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing
Skills
- Strong programming and coding proficiency, with preference for Python and Java
- Expertise in software development and programming with at least one software programming language
- Advanced knowledge of system design, architecture patterns, and scalability principles
- Proficiency in developing automation frameworks and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on programming experience with at least one software programming language
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems

This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to a Fortune 500 client.
The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55.05/hour - $62.39/hour.
