This role involves operating a paint line in a manufacturing environment, focusing on filling buckets of paint, labeling containers, capping lids, and palletizing finished products. The ideal candidate will be able to stand, bend, and twist for most of the shift, and must be comfortable with the smell of paint. The position is suited for individuals with warehouse or manufacturing experience who can reliably lift up to 50 pounds.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operate paint filling lines to fill buckets with paint.
• Apply labels to buckets and lids to containers of paint.
• Palletize completed paint products for shipment or storage.
• Ensure proper handling and quality control during production.
• Follow safety procedures related to paint manufacturing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist with material movement and supply replenishment as needed.
• Use standard warehouse equipment and tools as required.
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations, including handling paint and associated odors.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 3 months warehouse or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, and twist for approximately 90% of shift.
• Comfortable working in an environment with paint odors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production roles.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Standing, bending, and twisting for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Exposure to paint odors and manufacturing environment.
