Senior Actuarial Leadership RoleSenior actuarial leadership role on The Hartford's Middle & Large Property team, overseeing pricing, loss ratio planning, and portfolio performance for ~$1B property and inland marine business. The role partners with product and underwriting teams, coordinates catastrophe risk budgeting with ERM, and manages a staff of two. Hybrid work schedule out of Hartford, CT (3 days/week), with consideration for Charlotte or Chicago hubs or remote arrangements.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of property and casualty actuarial experienceKnowledge of actuarial pricing techniquesHigh proficiency in Excel requiredStrong leadership and influencing skills; manages a team of twoUndergraduate degree in math, actuarial science, or related fieldSkills & DomainTools Excel Domain Property and casualty insurance actuarial experience
