About the Role:
Join A PERFECT FIT ABA LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Augusta, GA! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges while being part of a supportive and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and support to families and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards.
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for improving the quality of life for clients through evidence-based practices.
