Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Traveling Superintendent If you’re a hands‑on leader who takes pride in building high‑performing teams, maintaining safe job sites, and delivering exceptional results, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Lead all on‑site construction activities from project start through closeout. Supervise subcontractors, field personnel, and daily job site operations. Maintain project schedules, including mandatory three‑week look‑ahead planning. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards while promoting a strong safety culture. Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to ensure quality execution. Conduct daily safety meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve field issues. Monitor quality, productivity, site logistics, material deliveries, and code compliance. Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and project documentation. Partner closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Serve as the primary on‑site contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent or field leader in commercial construction. Hospitality renovation and occupied‑space construction experience is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction methods, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred. Why Join Innovative Construction?
