Product Trainer

We’re growing on all fronts & figured we’d add some extra members to the team to keep the growth going! As Guidesly expands into the scuba industry through our partnership with PADI, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, outdoors-loving Product Trainer to help bring our platform to life for shops and operators across the industry. This person will play an integral role in our expansion with PADI, helping new shops onboard successfully, understand the Guidesly platform & partnership, and get set up for long‑term success for their business. You’ll work directly with the people who make our world go‑round — our amazing guides, dive shops, and outdoor professionals — helping educate them on how to use our software to bring max results & legacy to their businesses! What you’ll be doing: Lead product training and onboarding for new dive shops Help shops understand and get the most out of Guidesly Build strong relationships with guides, shop owners, and operators Set our partners up for success from day one Gather feedback from the field and build out product training materials Travel to meet partners and support onboarding as we expan Who we’re looking for :Someone who is energetic, personable, adaptable, and genuinely loves the outdoors. You might come from the dive industry, outdoor recreation, hospitality, sales, customer success, training, or another relationship-driven role You don’t need to know everything on day one. You do need to be excited to learn, comfortable talking to people, a born educator, and passionate about helping others succeed Florida resident preferred, but not exclusively. If you’re a person who dreams about working with awesome people (our guides), playing outside, and helping build something the outdoor industry has never seen, we’d love to meet you #J-18808-Ljbffr
