We're seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our orthodontic team as a Chairside Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RDA who enjoys orthodontics or wants to specialize in this rewarding field. You'll work directly with Dr. Gonzales, assisting with procedures and helping patients achieve their dream smiles. Pay $55,300~$73,700 per year Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Active RDA license (California) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with ability to multitask Willing to be trained With X-ray License Job Description Clinical Duties ✔ Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures ✔ Prepare instruments, brackets, and wires for treatments ✔ Take and process digital X-rays and impressions ✔ Assist with braces adjustments and appliance placements Patient Care & Administrative Duties ✔ Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care ✔ Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes ✔ Ensure clean and organized treatment areas ✔ Provide outstanding patient experiences Benefits Health insurance 401(k) plan Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Quarterly/annual performance bonuses Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM No weekends!
