Who You Are:The Change Manager, Real Estate Program Management is responsible for developing, standardizing, and maintaining portfolio-level processes that support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale hyperscale data center projects. This role partners closely with design, procurement, construction, finance, legal, sales, and delivery teams to build scalable operational frameworks, codify best practices, and ensure controlled adoption of processes to improve delivery outcomes across lease, construction, and compliance functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Development & StandardizationDevelop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable consistent executionDefine clear process flows, roles and responsibilities, and decision points across key stages of the client delivery lifecyclePromote standardization across programs, campuses, and project teams to improve efficiency and reduce execution variabilitySolution CodificationIdentify recurring delivery, lease, and compliance challenges and translate them into practical, repeatable process solutionsDocument and institutionalize best practices that can be consistently applied across projects and teamsSupport development of scalable frameworks aligned with business needs and evolving portfolio complexityProcess Governance & Change ControlSupport the implementation and execution of a process governance framework for reviewing, approving, and updating SOPsManage process documentation, version control, and change tracking to ensure consistency and transparencyCoordinate rollout of new or updated processes and ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholdersAdoption & Continuous ImprovementDrive awareness and adoption of standardized processes across business unitsGather feedback from project teams and stakeholders to identify process gaps and improvement opportunitiesPartner with the process management team to refine processes based on delivery performance, lessons learned, and evolving requirementsWhat You Will Need to be Successful:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.5+ years of experience in data center delivery, construction, change management, process management, real estate development, business integration, or related fieldExperience developing and implementing standardized processes or operational workflowsStrong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authorityKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).Strong organizational and multitasking ability.Self-motivated and adaptable.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Capable of meeting tight deadlines.Process design and documentationWe conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
