Job Overview
We are looking for experienced, energetic bartenders to join our team! Our bar is high-volume, fun, and guest-focused and we are looking for people who can work with urgency while still creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere.
Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent hospitality, executing cocktails consistently and efficiently, maintaining bar organization and helping create the welcoming experience our guests know us for.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
- Provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to bar guests and service tickets
- Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and menu offerings
- Work efficiently during high-volume service while staying organized and composed
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service
- Assist with prep, batching, restocking, and inventory organization
- Communicate 86’d items, product issues, and guest concerns promptly to management
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties each shift
- Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to maintain smooth service
QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years high volume restaurant experience, including food and cocktails
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and urgency under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Weekend and holiday availability required
