El candidato ideal debe :

Descripciones de roles :
- Preparacin de la cocina: Responsable de la preparacin de alimentos y productos como lechuga, zanahorias y mezcla de repollo, tazas de frutas, ensaladas, limonada, t, leche y huevo batido, pollo para ensaladas y todos los dems productos que requieren preparacin anticipada. Esta persona tambin puede ayudar con las necesidades de almacenamiento para la parte delantera y trasera de la casa.
- Juntas: Responsable de leer los monitores y generar pedidos, comprender el flujo comercial y asegurarse de que haya suficiente comida para satisfacer la demanda, comunicar las necesidades del producto al Breader, producir productos dentro de los estndares de calidad de Chick-fil-A y comunicacin efectiva con el equipo de atencin al pblico.
- Empanizador : Responsable de descongelar, rotar, filetear y empanizar el pollo. Debe mantener limpia la mesa de empanado, tamizar la flor y asegurarse de que el recubridor y el lavado de leche estn en los niveles adecuados.
- Mquinas : Responsable de cocinar los productos de pollo, configurar todos los temporizadores cuando los productos de pollo se retiran de las ollas a presin Henny Penny, responsable de la "limpieza rpida" de cada Henny Penny despus de 5 gotas (rondas de coccin), y comunica las necesidades de productos de pollo a los de las tablas y al empanador.
- Estacin de Waffle Fry : Responsable de cocinar, salar y empaquetar papas fritas con gofres.
- Servicios pblicos : Responsable de ayudar con los descansos para los miembros del equipo, garantizar un escaparate limpio, sacar la basura, recuperar los artculos y productos necesarios del almacenamiento en seco, refrigeradores o congeladores.
