We're partnering with a leading PE-backed veterinary group for the appointment Hospital Director to oversee day-to-day operations, team leadership, financial performance, and business growth within a growing SPEC/ER hospital.

This role will work closely with veterinary leadership to drive operational excellence, support a positive team culture, and ensure an exceptional client and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hospital operations and administrative functions
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and key business metrics
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Partner with clinical leadership on hospital strategy and growth initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellence
• Support veterinarian engagement, onboarding, and professional development

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience within veterinary healthcare, specialty practice, or healthcare services
• Strong background in operations, people management, and financial oversight
• Experience managing P&Ls, budgets, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
