Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership roles
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule ( approximately 50 hours per week , including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods; frequently bend, lift, and carry at least 20 pounds
• Willingness to occasionally travel or attend off-site meetings
• Proven cost control and quality assurance skills

Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Preferred Background & Skills

• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, payroll and timekeeping, inventory systems, and various POS software
• Skilled in staff development and career growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience navigating change and ambiguity
• Background in driving profitable growth alongside customer and associate satisfaction

Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and performance across six distinct restaurant locations
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
• Monitor financial and operational results, implementing strategies to maximize profitability
• Ensure strict adherence to brand and food quality standards for each restaurant concept
• Cultivate a positive, learning-focused workplace culture that values accountability and team development
• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain strong teams to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Act as a key point of contact for guest concerns, brand partner collaboration, and vendor relationships
