Join us in providing personalized care and support to individuals in need of rehabilitation services. Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve functional abilities.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to assist patients in regaining independence in daily activities.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
