Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Arkansas
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• BLS Certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements in a skilled/LTC environment
