You'll start by leading and mentoring apprentice plumbers, helping them grow their skills and confidence. From there, you'll dive into diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential plumbing systems, with the occasional light commercial project to keep things interesting. Collaboration is key here, and you'll often work alongside our HVAC team on integrated jobs that require both trades. Every task you tackle-from ensuring compliance with plumbing codes to delivering clear, respectful communication with customers-reinforces your role as both a leader and trusted expert.
