About the Opportunity

Growing advisory and accounting practice is seeking an Investment Assistant to support a collaborative wealth management team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting financial advisors and working directly with clients in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Support advisors with day-to-day client service
Assist with account management and client communication
Prepare paperwork and maintain client records
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and operational tasks
Support financial planning and investment-related activities

Qualifications

Experience working on an advisor or wealth management team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Client-facing personality with attention to detail
Experience within financial services or advisory environment preferred
