Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services. The role involves assessing patient needs and developing effective treatment plans to improve mobility and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical conditions and establish personalized therapy goals.

  Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  
  
• 
  Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance recovery.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and modify interventions as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on exercises and any necessary home care.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Physical Therapist license or equivalent credential.
  
  
• 
  Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  
  
• 
  Have prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
