Family Medicine Physician

$225,000-$300,000 base + productivity bonus. HRSA loan forgiveness. Monday-Friday outpatient clinic in Southern Oregon.

We're hiring a full-time Family Medicine Physician for a community health center (FQHC) in Klamath Falls, Oregon - a team-based primary care practice serving a diverse patient population in a region that genuinely needs physicians.

What you'll earn

• $225,000-$300,000 base salary (40 hrs/week), plus productivity bonuses on top

Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Occasional evening, weekend, or call coverage comes up - we'll be upfront about how much before you sign anything.

What you'll do

• Full-scope outpatient family practice - preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management across all ages
• Work inside a relationship-based, team care model alongside other providers, not solo
• Screen patients for health maintenance needs and document in the EMR to clinic standards
• Participate in quality improvement and chart review
• Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required by the contract
• Precept providers in training when needed

What you need

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Oregon medical license and DEA - or eligibility and willingness to obtain one (we'll walk you through it)
• Current CPR/BLS

Nice to have (not required)

• 3+ years in outpatient primary care
• Prior FQHC or community health center experience
• Spanish or a second language
