Peake Physical Therapy | 3338 Paper Mill Rd, Phoenix, MD 21131 Peake is a clinician-owned outpatient practice with five locations in the Baltimore area. We are looking for a PT to join our Jacksonville clinic. About the role
- Evaluate and treat an orthopedic and sports caseload, with opportunities in post-op, concussion, vestibular, balance, and general neurologic rehab depending on your interests
- Full-time (36+ hours) or part-time, with scheduling flexibility
- Work alongside a dedicated Clinic Director and an experienced team at a clinic with a strong local reputation
- Clinical reasoning comes first. We don’t run protocols or push volume.
- 1-on-1 time with every patient
- A formal mentorship culture, including our Clinical Foundations Year for new grads
- Fellowship-trained mentors
- Dry needling education taught in-house
- Access to laser, shockwave, and other tools in your toolbox
- Annual continuing education fund
