As a Barista at On the Rise Restaurant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and delicious beverages to our guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and inventory.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- A strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and coworkers.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail in every cup you create.
