Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in psychiatric care. The role involves caring for patients aged 18-99 with various mental health conditions including detox, depression, and psychosis. The nurse will work across all units and must be proactive and resilient in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with mental health issues.
• Recognize and address mental health as a critical illness.
• Engage with patients to promote healing and recovery.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4 to ensure quality care.
• Document patient information accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• Must attend CPI training within 30 days of employment.
