Staff Product Designer, B2B FinTech for Property & Rent

Flex in New York City is seeking a Staff Product Designer for its Property Hub team. You’ll shape the B2B product, own end-to-end design, and elevate the experience for property managers and on-site teams who reconcile rent payments. You’ll collaborate with product management, engineering, data, and operations to define vision, build prototypes, and raise the bar through design systems and AI-enabled workflows.
