This role in our Outpatient Dialysis unit is a perfect fit for you! - Key Responsibilities: - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in alignment with approved nursing techniques, policies, and state laws. - Document patient care according to established standards. - Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by the physician or hospital policy, including patient and family instruction. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and support to other units/departments in alignment with the patient's longitudinal plan of care. - Apply critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and enhance the patient experience, escalating issues as needed. - Shift Information: - Day shift - Holiday coverage required - Requirements: - Current WI License - AHA Provider Level BLS - AHA Provider Level ACLS - Education verification - Minimum years of experience: Less than 1 year Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
