We're Hiring a DM Messenger/Setter | Join the EMPOWHER Team Remote | Part-Time (25+ hrs/week) Starting pay: $15/hr (with growth to $16–$20/hr based on performance) About Us: EMPOWHER is a female-only coaching company on a mission to become the biggest and most empowering health and fitness brand for women. Founded by Katie Neeson, who personally overcame struggles with body image, confidence, and yo-yo dieting, our goal is to help ambitious women aged 30–60 finally feel like a 10/10 — without the boring diets or endless hours in the gym. Our coaching packages (6–12 months minimum) teach women how to lose weight and keep it off for good — prioritizing real results, mindset shifts, and sustainable habits.
