Benefits Competitive salary Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Training & development Vision insurance Responsibilities Perform all floor cleaning and maintenance duties for facilities using ServiceMaster provided tools and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, stripping, waxing, buffing, moving furniture, and spot cleaning. Maintain a thorough understanding of buffing, stripping, waxing, and identifying different flooring types. Operate various floor equipment and machinery. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Physical Demands and Qualifications Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching (up to 100% of time). Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55 lbs. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a floor tech is highly desired but not required. On the job training will be provided to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Must be flexible and able to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment. Contribute to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable and on time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
