Manager, Physical Inspection & Compliance (Hybrid)

The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) seeks a Manager – Physical Inspection to oversee the long-term physical inspection program for IHDA-assisted developments. You will manage on-site inspections, supervise staff and vendors, administer contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance across NSPIRE and REAC standards.
