I AM A LOCAL ATTORNEY SPECIALIZING IN SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY AND ARKANSAS WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS. I AM SEEKING A DEPENDABLE LEGAL SECRETARY TO WORK WITH AND ASSIST MY CURRENT LEGAL SECRETARY. YOU WILL BE HELPING PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES TO INJURED WORKERS AND THOSE SEEKING FEDERAL ASSISTANCE WITH DISABILITY CLAIMS. YOU SHOULD HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHIC AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, MUST BE A PROFICENT TYPYIST, ABLE TO MULTI TASK, AND DEAL WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC. NEED COMPUTER SKILLS, WORD PERFECT/WORD, PREPARING AND PROOF READING DOCUMENTS. YOU WILL BE ORGANIZING LEGAL AND MEDICAL RECORDS, SCANNING DOCUMENTS, ASSISTING WITH FILE MANAGEMENT AND BILLING, ALSO ASSISTING WITH SCHEDULING AND MEETING DEADLINES AND MANAGING CALENDAR, WILLING TO LEARN. WORK 37.5 HOUR WORK WEEK, HALF DAY ON FRIDAYS EXCEPT ON RARE OCASSIONS WHERE WORK MANDATES CHANGES. DO NOT PROVIDE HEALTH INSURANCE BUT WILL FULLY FUND RETIREMENT SEP PLAN %25 OF YOUR WAGES IF YOU STAY WITH ME ONE YEAR. #J-18808-Ljbffr
