NoCommon types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties Cardiac MRI, MRI/MRA of different anatomy, MRCP No breast MRIImaging Experience or 'Must have' skills Starting IVsAverage # of scans/studies per day 10-16 per scannerEMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use MERGE PACS Cerner Transitioning to EPIC at end of OctoberDepartment Specific Equipment (Client, Phillips, Siemens) Client, the mobile unit will be a SiemensIs there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift? Yes- supervisor on day shift and alternating lead tech on day shiftDo they use RRAs (Registered Radiology Assistants)? NoRadiologist in-house? on day shiftDo they have to start IVs? (if applicable to the department) YesShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) The shift will be Monday-Friday 1030a-7p.
