Responsibilities Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting. Work a hybrid system with 2 days in office per week. Utilize latest digital technology to provide care. Provide patient care in a collegial, supportive environment. Qualifications Fully licensed in NY as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Above‑market compensation range $72,000–$110,000 based on productivity. Cash‑based incentive plan. Unlimited membership for continuing education.
