Responsibilities

Lead our Mechanicsville sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their professional skills and reach their full potential.

Analyze local market trends to tailor our offerings to the specific needs of families and businesses in the area.

Coordinate with local community organizations to increase our visibility and presence as a trusted local resource.

Manage complex policy renewals and advocate for clients during the claims process to ensure fair outcomes.

Report directly to ownership on growth metrics and suggest improvements to our overall sales strategy.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property Casualty insurance license.

Five years of experience in insurance sales or account management.

Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the local community.

In-depth understanding of risk management and policy coverage structures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
