Role Description This is a full-time, traveling role for a Nurse Practitioner located in the Amarillo, TX area . The Nurse Practitioner will provide specialized wound care services in patient homes, including evaluating and managing various types of wounds, performing advanced debridement procedures, administering appropriate treatments, and monitoring patient progress. Additionally, the role involves patient education, collaborating with healthcare teams, and accurately documenting care plans and outcomes to promote effective healing and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Strong patient assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills Proficiency in medical documentation and using electronic health records (EHR) systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient education and team collaboration Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and certification; prior wound care experience preferred Ability to work with others as you will have a certified wound care technician in an in-home setting and adapt care approaches to individual patient needs BLS/ACLS certification is highly desirable Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Wound Care Solutions
