Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hudson Hill is immediately hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for part time work in our group homes in Somerville, NJ. As a BCBA you can earn $75-$90 per hour plus you will enjoy flexible scheduling. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies and interventions. Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, DSPs, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members in implementing treatment plans. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Maintain accurate and organized records of client sessions, progress reports, and other documentation. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with adults with special needs, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about client needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
